Well Ive done me research and read through things very slowly and precisely.
Ok I thought what the hell lets flash this baby and start playing some downloaded roms.

Ok here is the scenario, I got me a passme on ebay for 20 quid (british slang for pound currency if ya didnt know) Ok i think great I test out and lo and behold i can play some DS roms woots me thinks. I then proceed to see how to flash the firmware and low and behold i find flashme woots me thinks again.....

So I proceed to follow the instructions to the letter from http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/ do everything right and I get 100% flash completed woots me thinks dont need that stupid looking cartridge in the back of the thing now!!! NOT

Well the only thing that file did was remove the boot up screen even with the 4 buttons pressed to boot the flashme I go to load the mario rom I was playing and hey guess what.... its snowing so bad i cant see my rom to play it. Huh just a white screen, I see ahhhhhhh. So i think hang on let me put the passme back into the cartridge and low and behold the rom works again.

So me is think wtf is the point of flashing the firmware. Well basically what im asking is what the f*** am i doing wrong here??? ...oh and another thing im confused by the term
"To convert an .nds file into a FlashMe/PassMe binary, you need to append it to an nds loader"

I download the loader called ndsloader.bin so what now append it how? to and nds rom??

Any help would be graefully appreciated guys thanks

First of all, talk some fucking english otherwise no1 will help you.

2nd of all, are you trying to run Commercial Roms on your DS? because if you are, no wonder you're getting a white screen. Flashme is designed only to boot homebrew roms, not commercial roms. So is PassMe, depending on the cart you use.

I second that, though it was kind of funny to imagine that you actually talk confused crap like that all day.

That was done on purpose? Could it be theoretically adjusted (some day... by someone) so that also commercial games work?

You need Roms there are Patched by GST (Golden Sun Team).
I cant not say where you can find the roms but it is pretty easy.

speak fucking english ya self both of you. What you both just said is a load of bollox anyway as I have been running commercial fuckin roms on the thing as it is. What i was saying is that the commercial roms dont work with the flashme files not the passme. Oh and thats if either of you so called intelligent yanks can fucking read english. Come here to get some help and get cursed by some fuckin has been immigrants.

What they said was not bollox, you cannot run commercial roms on your ds with flashme, you can run e3 demo's without flashme and homebrew roms with it, remember that the DS flash memory is not big enough to hold a commercial rom. Still what is it that you're asking exactly? Why Passme can't run commercial roms?

all I can say is what? I can't make sence of anything you said.. and FlashMe was built so it DOES NOT play commercial NDS roms.

Doesn't this make us Brits look good :eek:

You can run commercial roms with FlashMe - i have been doing so for a while now using a Supercard SD. No problems reported, all i do is switch on holding A,B,X,Y, the supercard menu loads up, i select a game and play. Simple!
