now that we know the size of most games it seems to me the devolopers are not putting alot of effort into the games, most of them dont even use half the total umd storage cappacity, just wondering if anyone knew why games seems to be small, seems they could put alot more content into them.

just because some PSP games are small in size doesn't mean that they're crap - just depends on the method of compression that the developers give the games. Good example is burnout Legends - awesome graphics, audio and only 430mb in size. So the size of the PSP ISO does NOT reflect the quality of the game.

It's normally a good way to tell depth.

Most rpgs are over 512 for exmaple because they have more depth.

No matter how small is a game if you have fun!

Yea, Puzzle Bobble can keep me occupied for quite a while if I have nothing else to do, and thats only a 17MB game.

yeah but couldnt burnout legends have twice as much content if the developers wanted too give you alot for your money, more tracks. more cars , more everything.

burnout legends has more cars per class than burnout 3 has.

I most fun with Star Soldier and Pinball from Hudsonsoft. ANd they are only 55MB (Update Ripped) together on my MS DUO. :D
