Problem loading discs - drive just ejects them

Hi alll,

Bought a new wii for the kids for xmas thought it would be good to get it modded see if I could find something similar to the old xbox media centre (no luck yet but thats another issue)

So I took it to a local computer fair and got it done, brought it home but the it won't load any disc, it tries onces or twice and then just spits the disc out.

Any ideas or do I have to wait until next weekend and take it back.

I wish I had done it myself now as I did with the xbox years ago.

Sounds like something was shorted during the install. What chip did you have installed?

And what chipset is your Wii? D2B with legs cut?
