There was another thread called "Foundmy.com Calling you out!", buy I am not sure what happened to that thread. So, I thought I kick off another one...
I had ordered Cyclowiz V2 from these guys, but didn't hear anything from them regarding tracking numbers or anything. I then saw a complaint thread on this forum regarding their practices (no contact phone numbers, invalid tracking numbers, etc...,)
When I jumped on that thread and added my complaint, I received a personal message from them on this forum saying that they are out of Cyclowiz, but offering wiikey as a replacement. I told them that I already had a wiikey and asked them to refund my money ASAP. I then received another personal message from them promising a refund within 24 hours.
Within 24 hours, I called my bank to see if there was credit posted, but nothing! So, I sent them an email and a PM asking where the refund was. No response. 48 hours later, I sent them another email and a PM. No response.
So as if 10 minutes ago, I called my bank to dispute this charge and provided them with full details regarding the order, communication history, etc..., The bank assured me that they are going to fully credit the charge and will handle it from on their own going forward.
So, the lesson learned is... If you are having issues with these guys with getting your money back, just call your credit card company directly to get your money back. The bank pointed out to me that if these problem continue to happen with them with other people, VISA, or MasterCard corporations will investigate with the proper authorities to shut them down.
I've ordered plenty of products online for XBOX, PS2, etc..., with other vendors in the past, but had never had this kind of problem.
If you are having problems getting your money back or getting in touch with them. Do yourself a big favor and just call the bank before it's too late.
