There was another thread called "Foundmy.com Calling you out!", buy I am not sure what happened to that thread. So, I thought I kick off another one...

I had ordered Cyclowiz V2 from these guys, but didn't hear anything from them regarding tracking numbers or anything. I then saw a complaint thread on this forum regarding their practices (no contact phone numbers, invalid tracking numbers, etc...,)

When I jumped on that thread and added my complaint, I received a personal message from them on this forum saying that they are out of Cyclowiz, but offering wiikey as a replacement. I told them that I already had a wiikey and asked them to refund my money ASAP. I then received another personal message from them promising a refund within 24 hours.

Within 24 hours, I called my bank to see if there was credit posted, but nothing! So, I sent them an email and a PM asking where the refund was. No response. 48 hours later, I sent them another email and a PM. No response.

So as if 10 minutes ago, I called my bank to dispute this charge and provided them with full details regarding the order, communication history, etc..., The bank assured me that they are going to fully credit the charge and will handle it from on their own going forward.

So, the lesson learned is... If you are having issues with these guys with getting your money back, just call your credit card company directly to get your money back. The bank pointed out to me that if these problem continue to happen with them with other people, VISA, or MasterCard corporations will investigate with the proper authorities to shut them down.

I've ordered plenty of products online for XBOX, PS2, etc..., with other vendors in the past, but had never had this kind of problem.

If you are having problems getting your money back or getting in touch with them. Do yourself a big favor and just call the bank before it's too late.

Yeah, if these shoddy sellers aren't refunding quickly and especially not communicating, do a chargeback. The fees they get charged from the credit card companies from chargebacks really hurt them.

I was also in the previous thread. But in the end they communicated very well and shipped my order promptly after they had a staff member out. I received my order in a little over a week.

Well I ordered 10 xbox modchips from them all of them are dead on arrival. Every section of the plastic factory packaing was cut and resealed. Looks as thought they removed all the good chips and sent me dead chips.

A month ago I ordered US$1070, yes one thousand seventy dollars, and this guys never send me an email, chips or nothing... don't buy anything from them... you loose your money, it's impossible to be patient with this guys...

Wow. There are a lot of people complaining about them lately. I've ordered from them a few times and never had a problem.

Have you a way to contact them??? Are your friends??? May you talk them about my order??? Because you are a really lucky man, and I will appreciate if you help me to get my chips.

I would NEVER order from this place again, long story short.

They go on and on how they are just "protecting" themselves and the reason orders don't go out is because they have to verify under certain circumstances etc.. And that they cant get a hold of people.

It's just an excuse. If other companies can do a good job without getting burned by all this "unauthorized credit card use" then they should be able to also.

I also find it funny how the most "unbiased" site is fully backed by this sketchy seller.

We are swamped with orders and some items people have purchased that are pre-order (out of stock) but miss to see that.

and yes, we miss orders, out fault.

Foundmy.com you also need to update your website to properly show the availability of items. The D2C Wii chip shows in stock and available , then you add it to cart and shows out of stock. Good waste of time...gg

I am fighting with the company also. I ordered two chips about two weeks ago. They never answered a signle email, until I made a paypal complaint. They lied as to sending the items, they provide paypal with false information regarding the tracking. A very dishonest company, BE WARE!!!!!!! By the way, I am still waiting on the items!

I was going to buy from those guys...but if you look near the right bottom corner you can see buyer "reviews". There are a lot of very bad reviews not for the actual products but rather, for the company...READ, think twice and save yourself some headache.

It's funny, a company that has horrendous reviews from their customers and actually lists them on their website is just plain stupid...if they're this shady, you would think they would flood that section with positive reviews and delete all the negative ones...

kinda funny how brakken over at tehskeen is very quick to PUBLICLY call out people or sites when he feels they are ripping people off and very often says that a website that uses less than savory affiliates are helping to rip people off, yet here we are are with multiple reports of bad news from foundmy, it's been happening for months now, and brakken still has them as a major affiliate....
