see I originally did the update thru GCOS and had to remove the disc in between the test and the update, but when I ran smg I got the device detected error. So I just burned the 1.9g update using filechop and burning it directly to a dvd. I reflashed w/o having to remove the disc and now SMG work Perfectly.
Hope this helps

When you have to remove the disc in between the wiikey will not be flashed, let that be enough for everyone askin :P

Imgburn verbatim at 4x. Above is right if you have to remove disc between updates then it didn't work.

the chopping is not for your wii, it's for your burner
Some burners won't burn anything to a dvd that small apparently.
