Trustworthy sites?

Hey I'm looking to finish up this 1/2- modded Wii, but since I have the cut legs, I can't finish the rest of the job myself. I found a couple sites online but do not know if they are trustworthy or not! Especially when they're about $60 to do the installation I really don't want to waste my money. So can someone give me recommendations of where I should send it; I live in IL USA.

I was going to use him myself, but i don't see anything on his site anymore for installing the wiikey.

Ok great thanks dude. But um I clicked on "install services" and all it had was something about installing a jewel. Is the mod chip install service hidden or something...?

So modchipman doesn't do installs anymore because of that? I mean, I'm sure people are still doing it, they're just doing it a different way...
