View Full Version : 360 Naruto to feature japanese voices as downloadable content

Ubisoft has announced that owners of the 360 version of Naruto will be able to experience the original Japanese voice actors can with planned downloadable content. The DLC for Naruto: Rise of a Ninja will be free and is planned as a post-launch release via Xbox Live.

Not a fan of the series or games, but that's an intersting and good use of DLC... especially the free part.

Banned from xbox live. :( Was wondering where the hell the Japanese voice acting was. BELIEVE IT! is getting a bit annoying already.

they are over these serie already.
they are on shippuuden, this is old game for them

Because it allows a person to interact with one of the most popular anime in recent history instead of just sitting around watching an animated feature... i do think it would sell decent in japan, esp when they see the high quality

There is no reason why not, all the new games have old characters, Zabuza and Haku were last in episode 33 and yet they feature in the new game based on the new series.

The game is going to the NTSC-J region, so if anyone actually wanted it they could get it (besides the fact its a region free title anyway)

Wow, awesome!!!!! I really wanted to play this but cant stand the english voice actors, now im definitely gonna get it!!!

this will sell simply because its naruto in japan they dont care about series age as long as its got naruto its just as good as the new story arch's. dbz games are like how many decades old and really huge flops and they still sell in japan and in the us. this wont be a system seller but it will serve as a springboard to hopefully get more anime titles on the 360

i wish they would have taken that part out atleast. i still have no idea why CN decided to aim for a younger audience with the dub when they could have aimed for the same ones as bleach to be more faithful to the japanese version.

this is why every wednesday night i download bleach and every thursday night i get naruto the CN versions suck

Good news, I watch Naruto from DB, Japanese version so this is a real plus for the game.

because they they are all the same. and dbz its very different from naruto
just get this game, along with shippuuden accel. get a Japanese fan, show him shippuden accel, and tell him play this 360 version. See what happens.

I bet they couldn't fit the Japanese audio tracks on a DVD9 along with the English tracks. Not that is matters much anyways... I speak English.
