Tutorial Soldering a Modbo760 modchip on a PS2 slim V12 ??

Hello to all! Can someone help me with some tips about this thing ?
I have the diagram only but i am not quite familiar of what i have to do to sold the modchip on the motherboard... direct soldering of wired soldering...
is someone who can help me with a Step by step guide ?
