Need help playing custom gh2

i modded my ps2 with the tape and tissue mod, played my custom gh2 disk using memorex dvds, worked, i stoped for awhile, tryed it again, didnt work... wtf, so i made a new one, didnt work! so i got sony dvd+r disks, i put it in, and still wont work, its like it wont start up or something, i got it to work by tapping the disk a few times with my finger and it worked normally, then i turned ps2 off( i got a slim fyi) anyways..... then it stopped working! if anyone can help me plz do, i also made a video of what happens here it is

your tape and tissue mod sucks, thats why it worked and not anymore, open your pstwo, and use something better.
If your game worked 1 time, but not anymore, then its your mod. Just fix it.

i just re-did mod, and...... same thing happened!, still need help..:confused:
