The ISO, Swap Magic, and Clueless NOOB!!!

Ok, here's what's going on. I have a ps2 that's been modded, and can play all

games, but it just can't "show" the pal games, because it doesn't convert

the signal to ntsc. So, i read that i could patch the game to make it pal, but

i've got like 16 backups. I've recently come to N.A. to find that they don't

have multisystem tvs (:eek: , isn't it).

Anyways, i got swap magic 3.6, but it's all messed, so i put it in my comp.

and i saw a couple folders for a) dvd, b) cd, and c) usb. In each is an iso,

and an elf file. I tried burning the iso only, but it said that the game either

wasn't ps2 format, didn't load (well, most of them don't load at the memory

screen anymore, is that unnatural?), or the screen wen't black, then went

back to browser screen again.

if your console is modded and can play backups, then you dont need swap magic
use this, i havnt tested it, but its supposed to conver from pal to ntsc so give it a try

Yes, well, after reading a bit of afterdawns, i saw that a couple of games won't be able to be patched (like grand turismo 4).
Also, the mod chip is not able to convert pal signal, cause where i was (when i got it modded), they didn't need to convert the signal (multisystem tv)
