Official Xbox Magazine scores Project Gotham Racing 4 higher than Halo 3 -10/10

The latest issue of the UK's Official Xbox Magazine has just the shelves and surprisingly Project Gotham Racing 4 has been awarded a higher score than Halo 3. PGR 4 got a perfect 10 while Halo 3 scored just a 9/10.

I'm not surprised. I didn't read the article but I'd imagine the graphics came in to play. PGR4 looks alot better than H3.

9 out of 10 is still means a near perfect game with some minor flaws. I think Halo is a 8.0

Havnt they at least tried some new stuff in PGR4 like adding motorbikes and stuff. Halo doesnt really offer much from what was in the original.

I was recently looking forward to this game, but the really bad bike line-up has put me off alot. So its interesting this gets such great scores when the vehicle roster isn't up to much. Perhaps the reviewers do not know anything about motorbike models.

I think reviewers need to revise there score levels as a 10/10 is perfect with no faults and games recently given these score are far from perfect. All this has done is leave me feeling reviewers are fools not to be trusted.

You have to be kidding, right? I can't believe that someone has the balls to say that when you have absolutely no reference to prove otherwise. Face it, most developers put the most amount of time and effort into a product that are due out before the Christmas season. All of the 10/10 games have been in developement for over a year. When(and if) killzone comes out and it actually turns out to be a great game do you expect people to say Sony paid hundreds of reviewers off to say, "this is a good game". Hey I am not saying that Halo 3 is overhyped, but I don't think they "paid" anyone off for a great review.

Go to Gamestop and look at all reviews. You will notice that of the 100 most recent reviews only 2 of them scored a 9 or better. Maybe instead of reading magazines, Gamestop may be your best friend. Although one of those games was halo 3

WTF are you talking about and who are you pwning or whatever? Next time read the article. A possibility of PGR coming to the PS3 and Wii doesn't mean that it's fact. MS could easily pay to keep PGR exclusive before any decisions are actually made regarding going multi-platform. As for PGR4 I'm sure it's about to go gold and it's only for the 360. If the PS3 get's some good titles like PGR then that's good.

It's funny that your sig contains such a dislike for the x360. I guess that is because you must not be satisfied with you PS3. Hey, if I was in your position I'd rather make my profile about bashing something that I wish I had then the crap that I do have. To Microsoft fan boys, the game is good, maybe not 10/10, but honestly if nobody have played it, than nobody can comment, also a review it's a point of view, so you have to read what king of games the reviewer likes to see if you agree with his points.

To Sony fan boys, just because bizarre creations can go multi platform, doesn't mean the game will come to the PS3, in fact, if I were MS I paid for exclusivity of this game (just like they are doing with Ninja Gaiden 2, and maybe Bioshock), and the game is above average whether you like it or not.

i dunno about you but i would give halo 3 a generous 6/10. The game was totally over hyped & not worthy of next gen consoles. it would have been more at home in the xbox. Comparing it to graw2, gears of war, vegas, oblivion etc in which you couldnt help feeling impressed when you started playing, with halo 3 im still trying to convince myself its good ish.

In the Official XBOX 360 Magazine, and Just One Word Sums it up for Me........WOW!!!!!
And i thought the First 3 Were Excellent Games, this Ones got Rain / Snow / Fog / Night Time Effects, in the Game!!
On Top of this Game Looking Better, its Got Alot More Cars / Tracks / Weather Conditions, as well as Motorbikes Now........
Its Easier to Powerslide around Corners, Making the Game Far More Fun........

The Only Downside i Can See, is No Visual Damage, only Cosmetic Scratches So it Says in the Review..........:eek:
Its Hard to Say Right Now, without Playing this Game if it Deserves a 10 out of 10, BUT 9.5 out of 10 i would Say.............
