hi i was about to get a wii for my friend and was wondering wat the chance of getting a wii with a d2c chip is in toronto canada

what are the schematics for modding a d2b chip with cut legs?

if the pins or legs are cut out is it still moddable??

I think d2c possibility is pretty high. I bought one a week ago in the MA, USA and serial tracker says it's probably d2c.

I have not seen a new Wii without D2C for about 6 weeks now in all of Ontario, Sure wish there was some sign of progress being made on these.
