I just found out that I have a D2C chip after opening my Japanese wii. And now I have a useless wiikey with me now. And the layout of the circuit board is different also. Here are some pictures I took.

Has anyone actually tried modding a wiikey on this chip? Also, I haven't seen this type of circuit layout anywhere on the web so far.

I hope a mod chip for this D2C comes out soon.

i tryed wiikey wiinja wiifree etc etc do not work on a d2c

Will it be possible for wiikey or any other mod chips to be able support D2C chips with a flash update? Will this be possible for the mod chip developers or do we, with the D2C chips, have to wait for another chip to come out on the market?

how do you expect to flash an update it if it wont work?

sell the wiikey and wait for a new modchip to arrive.
