Wiinja Deluxe Clone - Firmware Upgrade to v3 not working!

ive just installed wiinja deluxe clone on a PAL wii (was one of the first version of wii), all went fine, games play fine

i want to update it with update3 from wiinja website

i burn the europe iso on dvd using nero (burn at 4x and 8x)

when i put the disk in all i get is unable to read disk error.

i have used 4 different media and still a no go (also used the same media as the games are on that work ok)

could it be that the wiinja is already flashed with europe update 3? (its a new mod, not been installed before)

i have pin 3 soldered correctly aswell and have checked all points

anyone know what else it could be?

The Deluxe hex code has not been dumped as far as I know,so you probably have a Wiinja V2 not Deluxe,Therefore the update disc's from the Wiinja website are not for your chip!!!

I second that. The v2 code is available and if you have a PIC programmer and the right chip, you can make the chip (hence clone). But the code for the deluxe has not been leaked...YET. :)

if it was a v2 you will not be able to disable the chip with the reset button
