OK me and my sis are going to europe for spring break and i was wondering if anyone knows of a simple euro to USD converter and pound to USD converter and vica versa

I don't think there is one. Besides, exchange rates change very very often, and would render a homebrew converter useless in a matter of hours. There are computers everywhere, you'd be better off sticking with xe. You can probably load that site on the DS browser.
