View Full Version : Unsurprisingly, Bioshock heads straight to #1 spot in UK

Chart Track has revealed the latest weekly software sales charts for the UK and as one would have expected, Bioshock as a new entry makes it straight to the number one spot. The tite leads the Transformers game, with the top 5 being complete with three Nintendo developed titles.

it's pretty obvious Polish boy. i mean, the cafes around in the Poland everyone goes and plays their PC titles via LAN. PC has been big Europe and how do you think we these firmware hacks, exploits, etc???? Don't mean to go off topic but it's true.

Not exactly a big achievement as nothing worth talking about has come out in the last few weeks to compete in the U.K. So with sales so low across the board it was not going to be hard for any title to actually top the charts.

I found a UK list yesterday, 360 bioshock is #1 the PC version didnt even make it into the top 20 in the UK it would appear. Im not sure where it featured. Blue dragon hit 8 on 1 site I seen 9 on the other not sure which one is correct.

The rest of the games where for Wii and DS in the top 10 no sony titles featured. But I believe ghost recon psp was 11.

So all in all a good week. Plus apparantly bioshock has shifted the elite bundle with blue dragon so well that it now amounts for 60% of the hardware sales. And has caused a massive spike in hardware sales. Not bad considering that halo 3 was the one expected to be doing most of that in the next few months. Combined with the special edition which always sell out and hardware sales should see a nice increase.
