Create BFM Bios - HOWTO?

Anyone have ideas on this or am I missing something simple? I would like to use pbl 1.3 with Evox D6 Eject Fix or M7. I have tried to toggle the BFM bit with XBTool and multi.ini, it changes but XBOX doesn't boot once installed. Thoughts?

I am also having this issue trying to get Evox M7ef working as well, I do all the normal steps on the 007 savegame and i loads, then screen blanks.

Well to get past a BLACK screen after phoenix loads the bios, you need to load 007 hack differently

Load the game, start a mission normal, once your see 007's cellphone, click start, quit mission, back out to menu and load the hack save, this will let PBL load past the lock up, this has worked for many people. Myself it goes further, but the xbox logo never goes away and the DVDrom keeps seeking like its trying to find the restore.xbe, when I click eject the disk goes out halfway and back in, system resets and game loads again. Very frustrating
