Hello,
I have heard rumers that the Playstation 2 USB Microphone (http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-97855021502-Playstation-USB-Microphone/dp/B0001H9L3O)works with Boogie for Wii. This rumer was from a few months back.
Can someone test and let us know?
TIA

I'd say that one would be more likely to work considering it is only a mic.
The ps2 headset with the speaker/mic combo might not cut it.
I'll test the ps2 headset and post results.

Is anybody able to test this? I have tried with the Gamecube mic in the hope it would work and it did not.

Like everyone else, I haven't tried anything myself... BUT...
when you start the game it says something about connecting the Logitech USB mic... If the PS2 mic is logitech it just might work.

What about using the Gamecube Mic? I thought about picking one up and trying it. Does anyone have one to try?

been tried doesn't work
I did buy this game. And saw that the mic was very similar to the one that came with the kareoke revolution games. Good news for you pirates.
The microphone from kareoke rev works. Have fun.

I can confirm that the Logitech PS2 USB microphone works with boogie, the game will turn it on only when needed.

You must have a new version because my old school ps2 usb mic from logitech doesn't work at all. The game insists that there is no mic there to use. Which port do you use and what is the model number of the mic?

I used the port on the right when facing the back of the unit.

Tried both ports with Logitech USB ps2 headset in Karaoke mode and it doesn't work. This is the first ps2 headset from logitech that came out. On the square part above the usb connector it reads: P/N: 97078 M/N:A0205B
Do you have the same numbers?
