Specificaly, i'm looking for the video/sensor bar connector...i broke a pin on mine and had to solder wires directly to the motherboard, but i really want to fix it...if anyone here has a dead wii and is willing to sell parts of it, please let me know.

why dont you just make/buy a wireless sensor bar which more handy. since the wire for the sensor bar connected to the wii is only for electricity

or just draw the curtains and stick a couple of candles right in front of your TV...I'm still amazed this works

Registered Mail to Brazil is cheap :)

Ok, let me make this clear...i only botched the video connector, the sensor bar connector is fine, but they "sit" on the same piece of metal, so i need the whole thing.

There are 18 points to desolder, plus two that are used to "hold" it.

Here's a picture of what i've done to my wii for it to output component:

now i have 6 female connectors(3 component video, 2 audio, 1 composite video) plus a switch (to select component / composite)

For me, the cables pronging out of it aren't a problem, but i wouldn't be able to sell it like that if i ever fell the urge to...

if anyone has a perfectly working dvd drive I've got a botched wii here with only that missing... we could put it together and sell it with/without a mod.
