Hot glue the wires, not on where you actually soldered.

Actually, I've seen a lot of people hot gluing over the connections. Hot glue is not conductive, and since you're soldering to the pins you don't want those things moving.

I understand but what if i want to remove the chip later one? i cant hot glue the wires because i did them really short since its a hybrid installation

I believe with a little effort hot glue does come off ;)

hotmelt does come off relatively easily. i personally epoxy over the wiring now to make sure they donot move. The wires can twist and the traces you solder to are very delicate, its nothing to do with how good your soldering connection is.
If you wish to remove the chip you can quite easily just desolder the wires, i only cover the points soldered directly to the drive IC.
