What flashcart are you using, have you tried SNEmulDS instead?

Yes, but I'm not satisfied with it all that much, but still like to play on it.

SnezziDS only runs on slot-2 devices with GBA compatibility due to the way it addresses the games. Sorry.

SNEmulDS would be your best bet, as iapetus stated.
