anyone know about this wii board

this wii i am trying to mod doesnt have the legs PLUS it dosent have the one point that i circled in the pic.. anyone ever did one of these i tried to find where the point would go on the other chips but maybe i am doing something wrong cause its not working.

yea, this is common in Asia and other places. just get your wiifree and solder. There are no unmoddable consolles.

Yes, I've been getting these more and more lately. If you are using a chip that utilizes the missing solder pad then just wire it directly to the 5th leg of the drive chip (counting right to left).

How in the hell do you all solder those legs when they are so damn close together? That takes some real patience :)

It takes a lot of skill and is beyond the average installer/enthusiast, that's why Nintendo did it.
