where should I put this file in the MS while im using Web Loader

Just to answer your question quickly, the file is not required. As far as we know, it's just an identifier file that is not used in the running of a UMD.

asphalter is right. the only thing that indicates though that it could very well be used in releases to come though is the boot.bin in some games like dtr refers to the file, it doesnt actually call back to it, but it could soon.
