Problems with Evox d6 ejectfix original

I'm trying to use loader 1.3 with evox d6 eject fix (original NOT BFM) on a xbox v1.0:
- I have the boot.cfg with the RC4 key that works with 4977 bios
- I have put the right eeprom keys for both 1.0 and 1.1
- I have put the evoxd6 bios file in the root calling it xboxrom.bin (it's 256k bios file)
- I get ms startups animation, phoenix fade in fade out and then black screen.
WHY?

With x2 4977 bios of 1mb everything's fine.

It MUSTbe a BFM

But with a BFM may I boot from c:\evoxdash.xbe or just from the dvd-rom unit?

a BFM just means that the bios is runnable off media (HD, DVDrom). If you want to change the path the xbe that the bios loads by default, you can use XBtool.
If simply changing the boot order in xbtool doesn't work, you can unpack the bios, hexedit the kernel and search for xbe, change the path to the xbe you want, and repack bios.
