Yeah, it's hard to find. Luckily I remembered how I found it before, so it wasn't too hard to locate it. I had to find the discussion thread on GBAdev to find a link to the thread in which the author posted a download link. Here's the thread - http://gbatmw.net/index.php?topic=1840.0

...it's not a torrent file. The guy just hosted it on the uTorrent site. Notice that it ends with .7z and not .torrent. Once you download it, extract it using 7Zip.
