Wii acting up not reading any games properly

Okay I haven't got any help so far somethings wrong with my wii. I have a wiinja installed and recently my wii wouldn't read any games. It wouldn't say no error message or nothing the disc would just keep spinning in the wii menu. Sometimes the game would show up then when I go to play it might play or it will just freeze at the reminder screen on most games. Another thing is when it does that If I press power the light might turn off but the disc keeps spinning. I took the wiinja out and the wii still does that. It comes up in the menu but when i go to play it freezes at ther first screen. When it does Im not able to turn the wii of wit the remote or if it turns off teh screen goes black but the drive is still spinning.

There is some bridging somewhere.
The drive cable is not plugged properly.

Well I just reinstalled the modchip and I soldered to a leg of the actual wii chip leg and now my drive just makes loud noises and won't eject the disc or whatever. It says unable to read disc. Im about to check up on it some more to see whats the problem.

So by doing that, you mean you have a problem with the pads?

It would be better you try and first resolve the problem with the chip OFF first.

Lol okay I took the chip out but now my drive doesn't spin the disc. It just makes a loud noise and then it just stops making the noise. The noise sounds like when theres no disc in the drive and you press eject that sound. I took out the solder on teh board and checked with magnifying lens and I dont' see no trace of solder.

Ok now I notice something else. If I like play wit the ribbon cable near its connector the wii will turn on without the power button being hit. Also the drive either makes the little beep where it sounds like its about to spin and nothing happens or it'll make the empty eject disc sound.

Okay I got somewhere I took the case off the dvd drive and just let the game on without the top and the game started working. Then I turned it off and tried to play another game and it did the old start up but freeze thing. I think something is either not seated correctly or something.
