Paper Mario USA on PAL Wii not working???

Everywhere I've read says that Paper Mario is working on PAL Wii, but it doesn't work for me. Nothing at all happens when I insert the disc. I've tried burning several times but no luck. Region override is definitely on cos I can play the USA version of Res Evil 4 without a problem.
I'm using a WiiKey.
Anyone else had a similar problem?

No it's definitely good. In fact I got it from 3 different places and none of them worked.

have you tried using the wiikey set up disk to set the wiikey to accept ntsc games? I'm not sure what it's called but it turns off the region code check.....ah - here it is.
