DRE with wiikey?

Has anyone gotten DREs randomly with an original wiikey? I was wondering why does it happen sometimes. I use Nero and Verbatims dvd-r and burn at 8x. My burner is also good because i just got it half a year ago and didnt burn anything on it until now. So why do i get DREs?

first close most of your processes on your computer. Then use imgburn and once done burning click the option to verify against iso. Also lower your burn speed to 4 or 2.5X

I still get a few random DRE's here and there. I am using Taiyo Yuden 16x discs.

When I burn at max speed the discs are 99% ok. I tried burning a couple at 6x and they would not even read in the Wii. Burn the discs at the recommended speed for the discs you have.

DRE's are almost always the fault of the media or the burner (usually the media). I only use ritek's and I have never gotten a dre on any system ever.
