Here is my first GC Gase Mod for fitting Viper Programmer to the back. Took me around 2 hours to complete.

wow a pretty perfect fit if you ask me :)

what tool did you use, dremel?

(too bad my cube doesn't have room for something like that anymore, well I use discs to flash now)

Well, it's not a dremel. It's just a regular drill with a special cutter head (like the one on a dremel). It does the job well.

Looks a bit unlevel but excellent cutting job. Goes RIGHT around the programmer.

That looks great. Looks like you used a db die & punch tool. Props for using a drill. :D

(Give's me an idea for my recent home made case, maybe I should drop the twist-ties holding the programmer on the back and try mounting it inside.) Hmmmmm, guess I'm not quite done with it yet. ;)

Glad you guys like it. Here is the regular drill and the special cutter head (don't really know how to call it) that I used for modding. I didn't want to spend too much for a dremel, so I grabbed the cutter head at a hardware store for around US$3.
