Ok i need help I want to know how to get my psp to have custom firmware(3.03 OE-A)But i don't know the first thing about it.May some one please teach me how to get custom firmware.I really want to know because I heard that you need custom firmware to customize your xmb icons and your xmb waves and that's pretty much all I want to do.If there is a way to do this without getting custom firmware please let me know other wise I would like to know how to get it.

What's the version of your PSP?

If it's 3.10 or above, sorry but u can't install custom firmware.

If it's not, see the sticky above

(Unless u install a modchip)

The tutorials talk about flash and stuff and i don't know what that is.I think that someone that someone should put up one that is starts from the begining

Yeah I understand how to install custom firmware now.The only problem is I have version 3.51 I know about the little lumines thing that lets you downgrade.I dont feel like getting custom firmware though the only reason I wanted it was beacause of custom xmb waves,but that doesn't matter to me any more.Thank you guys anwayz.:)
