Am I missing something? Weird power readings...

So I'm trying to install my WiiFree and tried to follow the instructions to the best of my abilities (which aren't that great) but I just can't seem to get the damn chip to work. I hooked up 2 leds and none of them worked. Then I used my multimeter on the ground and 3.3v points with it set on 2V on DCV and it gave me .53

Is this normal? Aren't I supposed to get 3.3v or something? Either way my WiiFree isn't working so any input is appreciated.

man the instructions are as clear as they need to be it looks like your soldering isnt that crash hot and the fact the LEDs arnt on indicates either you didnt solder the LEDs on properly or more likley the ground & power connections arnt soldered properly. if thats the case that would speculate more problems during you install since those 2 soldering points are the biggest and the easiest how the hell are you going to solder the other smaller more together points with out screwing it up?

wow.. boy am I retarded... I just got my multimeter so I didn't know this but... 0L turned out to be overload.. I set the bar too low and now when I read it its 3.35 so I guess it was fine... Anyway I'm going to go see if I can do something else to solve this..

As for programming the chip, I can only successfully verify if I chance the Oscillator to RC_CLKOUT instead of the default OP4 thing, is that ok? Also, should I keep all the checks in place like PWRT (I'm using IC-Prog btw)

it seems my chip only hates the IntOSC GP4 oscill... I tried RC GP4, IntOSC CLKOUT, and RC CLKOUT and they all work.. Anyone wana tell me why and which setting to use?

*They all work as in verify.. dunno about actually working
