I didn't know where else to turn. Or what section I should post this in. I hooked up my old PS1 to play some old games because I was bored. Well I got to thinking...... I thought I might look around for some updates for my Game Hunter Cartridge. I have never updated it and thought there may be a bios update out there or an update for the cheat database. I was also looking for the software so that the PC would know it was connected to the printer port. Well I barely even found places that were still selling them. If anyone could tell me or know where I might get this stuff that would be really cool and thank you.Click Here For Console.com's For Sale Page With The Picture Of The Game Hunter Cartridge I Have. I have the update, but you will need the PCI Adapter to program it with. If you do have the PCI adapter contact me via PM and I will gladly supply you with my version of it.
Yes I have my own version as I was an official re-seller for the unit and sold around 100,000 of them in the USA in six months :)

Do you need a special PCI adapter? You can't do it through the printer port? I have a cable hat allows me to attach it to there.

The PCI adapter has a special port that connects it to the unit. Yes the port is the normal printer port, but works differently so you will need the PCI card.

Do you know of anyone who still carries the adapter? If it gets to be too much I may just forget it because I am going to be getting a PS2 and a DMS4 soon. I just like my old consoles because they still work and there is no reason to throw them out if they do. I just thought maybe a bios update may bring a more user friendly GUI and updating the cheat database from the PC is sure to be easier.

It's called a PC-Com Link Card which can be found here (http://ps2modchip.com/search.php?page=psx5). In their prime they used to sell for $50 a pop, but now you can grab them up for $10 each. I still have a few, but I'm holding onto them.

Do you have any other pics of that card because what I can tell from that tiny pic and the other sites where I have found this card it looks like an ISA half card I only have PCI and AGP slots. Oh and Thanks for the help.
