is it possible to get the new puzzles if you dont have a wificonnection?
maybe with a .sav file?

Yeah I bet if you knew someone who had the game and had wifi, if they DLed new puzzles, and copied that .sav to you then when you put it on your DS it will have thoes extra puzzles, but you'd also loose all your personal records and would have all your friends times and stuff. Basically the moral of this story is go buy a cheap-o wifi usb dongle (not the nintendo brand one, it sucks) or just hang out around starbucks and DL the extra puzzles there.
