Qoob And HDTV Mode ?

Hi,

Is it still possible to put the gamecube into 480p mode with a qoob chip installed as you have to hold down the B button on power on and with a qoob chip installed it just goes into qoob sub menu. And i know you can still go into orignal bios ect but what about back up discs ?

You can, just don't hold down the B button until after the game has started to load(after the Qoob bios disapears).

Yup, in the case of multi-iso DVDs, hold B button immidietly after choosing the game.

So I take it there is no bios out there that can be set to run in progressive scan? Thing is I usually have my GameCube hooked up to a PC monitor and if it's not in pro scan, you can't see a thing on the screen.

Most xbox bios' have this feature though.

No, nintendo missed the boat on that feature , it's only on select software go here for a full listing.
