UPDATE:
Fixed it. I tried running another version of the flash software and didn't have any problems reflashing the BIOS. Whew, I was worried there for a sec.

Went to reflash my BIOS today with 1.3a (had 1.3c on it, but couldn't get it to read backup ISOs, would spin up DVD then cause the GC to hang), but plugged in the USB while the machine was on (yes, I know, stupid me). Now, with the machine off, I run the qoob flash software and it says the qoob is ok, but I can't erase or write to the BIOS sector. It says that both the BIOS and sector 15 have data in them, but when clicking on Sector 15 it says it's an empty block. When clicking on the BIOS block, it fills the description line with umlauted y's (y's with double dots on top). When I attempt to erase the BIOS or Sector 15, it goes through the motion, but then shows that they both have data on them. And when I attempt to write a BIOS, it doesn't allow me to choose either block. Did I just fry my chip?
Here's a screen grab just after connecting to qoob:

Here's one just after clicking on the BIOS slot:

Also, the qoob won't boot now.
