Is it possible to copy all saved files from system memory?

I have installed a wii key.
But I cannot vote unless I format the memory.
I have got some saved files such as Fire Emblem in the memory. They are not allowed to be copied to SD.
Is there any way to copy them? And recover them after formatting?

If you can't copy to sd then you can't save it, you'd have to ditch it.

When you say Vote, do you mean on the Everybody Votes Channel?
I had this problem. If you go into the EVC and click erase data in there, it'll only remove that data (it did say something about formatting, but didnt delete anything...)

I had the same problem with the Voting channel.
I booted my Wii without the battery, so the date went back to the Wii's first startup date (day I purchased it).
Problem was that that was 100 days ago, and the vote channel said that the items I voted on would end in 102 days...

I deleted all the Vote channel data (option in the vote channel itself), and everything works fine again.
