Start the game yourself save it and then edit to add all pkmn.

and open you .sav file which is 256kb

and bang u can get ur 493 pokemon... but you can do it after u get all 8 badges...

With the fully english translated version. Which has atacks also fully translated. You don't have to use save as. The save button works there :).
