Blue Dragon hasn’t even been released in the states yet, but today Microsoft announced that the first downloadable content for the game will be available on April 27, 2007. The content will include a random dungeon creator and will cost 300 Microsoft points ($3.75), instead of being free as first stated.

It's only being released in Japan for now...not the states. So I wouldn't expect to be seeing it on the 27th elsewhere like the article implies.

That would be a rip-off anywhere in the world but charging Japanese customers for downloads is dumb beyond repair, if it was up to me some1 would get fired for such an inconsequent business strategy in the region.

Have you ever been on Live? There's a lot free, including all Demos of every game on there. Now let me ask you, is the GTHD demo free?
