Not only have certain stores broken release on the Elite but perhaps unsurprisingly, the console has now appeared on ebay.

$600 and reserve still not met. I'm going to laugh if this fool doesn't sell it because he set something like a $1000 reserve.

There probably aren't a boatload of people seraching for 'Xbox 360 Elite' on ebay at this point..... If he gets enough publicity, people will be clamoring to get it.
