Sony version 3.30 or DAX 3.30? If you have a Sony firmware 3.30 you're not going to be able to do anything with that unfortunately.

how to see whether mine is dax 3.30 or sony 3.30

go to settings, scroll down to system setting press x scroll down to system information press x. read system software.
