Upcoming update for Guitar Hero 2 will fix whammy bar on 360

An update for Guitar Hero 2 is coming and it promises to fix the whammy bar. The update will be available at 4:00AM on April 14th from Xbox Live. The update should resolve the problem that causes input from the whammy bar to not be recognized. The update is guaranteed to work on all Activision branded Guitar models.

Actually, the update was ALREADY made available at 4 AM this morning (Sat. April 14th). So uhh... if anyone has played GHII today, they already got the update.

I never had that much of a problem with my whammy to begin with, so no big deal here. Seems a lil more responsive, but its probably just a placebo thing..

This update is old news.

We got the email about it 2 days after launch here in the UK. :rolleyes:
