Xbox 360 delayed in Europe?

It looks like the Elite Xbox 360 won't be making it to Europe until November. It seems Microsoft have been making the date clear to publishers.

While Microsoft representatives have been unavailable to comment, the information is as solid as can be when it's still technically a rumour.

Once again, is this a case of Europe being left behind?

as far as i see it
this elite crap is a total waste of money
you can get 1080p without hdmi if you have a brain
and the 120gb hdd is pretty useless seeing how you can't really copy you own vids to the hard drive, i stream everything from my pc.

this is just another way for microsoft to get cash from people, and the they make the god dam 120 gb hard drive alone cost 180 bucks
if the 120gb costs that much the shouldn't there be a 60gb for 90 bucks

If you already got a 360 you sure as hell don't need an Elite. If your x360 is not dead that is.
