No Trade In For The Elite!!!

I just came from EB Games today and over herd one of the employees telling another that he was just instructed by upper management not to except any Xbox 360 trade-ins for the Xbox elite. When I questioned him about it he said that we will not be allowed to bring in our old 360s and trade them for credit towards the new elite comming out on the 29th. When asked why he simply said "They wouldn't say". This really pisses me off because that was what I was planning on doing myself. EB Games and Game Stop can kiss my ass!!!!

those shops rip you off anyway, if you want an elite, selling your old machine to a friend or on ebay will get you far more towards the purchase of an elite.

they give you walk around credit meaning you can just trade in your 360 and keep the credit on there gamestop giftcards. Nonetheless though don't listen to those employees as there morons. I went in there and asked for the wireless sensor bar for the wii and they said you have to get it in the wii box because nintendo doesn't sell it seperately. Remember that you don't have to be a gamer to work in a game store
