1. Monster Hunter 3 (PS3) 316 votes
Readers would like to play it on the 360, with good online functions, controller (rumble support) and voice chat.
With multiplatform gamers, the online world would be a lot bigger.
Gamers want to hunt with the Wii remote.
2. Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3) 314 votes
Gamers want to see the latest MGS on the 360 given the popularity of the series and the fact quite a few readers already own a 360.
3. Final Fantasy XIII (PS3) 196 votes

i can't wait to get a PS3 & and Wii:D
By the way Biohazard 5 is for 360 & PS3...and i don't see it a problem not coming to Wii...after all Wii gets Umbrealla Chronicles

Yeah, that poll hardly seems to be representative at all. Good to see there is at least some interest in the 360 out there, if you can call this interest...

Everyone benefits from multiplatform games. Publishers, Gamers, Retailers.. all of them take a profit in their unique way.
This poll was conducted on XBL but remember, XBOX360 is dirt cheap in Japan.. Is it that hard to figure out why other non-xbox owner Japaneses would want their favorite games on it?
By itself this is a grain of salt, but rest assured with the current PS3 selling rate in Japan and the rest of the world this insignificant XBOX Live poll may actually become an ever growing reality.

Most of us felt that way before GTA4, then DMC came to 360.. Few hours after Ace Combat 6 was confirmed with the Exclusive to 360 question mark.
Sure there are a ton of SCE games that for obvious reasons are going nowhere outside the "PlayStation" brand, but most unfortunately I wouldn't consider wise to laugh about this matter.

You do realize that DMC4 is coming to the 360 only because fans wanted it to, right? That and they bought Lost Planet and Dead Rising, if MGS3 comes to the 360 like Kojima mentioned, then that could be a way of seeing if sales go up and possibly getting MGS4 on the 360. And after seeing the lackluster sales for the PS3 and the phenominal sales for Lost Planet and Dead Rising, Capcom realized where the most money would be coming from and fulfilled the fan's hopes.

GTA4 was confirmed for 360 and PS3 from the start. The only big deal about it was that perhaps one of the consoles were going to get a head start.
And yes i will lauigh about this b/c in the end, the same can be said for a game such as Ninja Gaiden 2 for PS3. Although Microshaft is all about the $$$ so most likely i wouldn't be surprised if many game go multi platform and 360 exclusive

1st bold: it's funny how Capcom along with Ubisoft should be considered liars b/c at first Capcom had word that DMC4 was going to be developed for PS3 only and meant to run under PS3 hardware and then later b/c Microshaft all of the sudden throws a load of money for LP and DR, then they all of the sudden make DMC4 become multi platform. The same can be said for Splinter Cell Double Agent. SCDA was never going to come out for PS3 and look at it now. Money luster but then again, that is what "business" is all about.

The problem is that a lot of GAMECUBE games are going to be ported to the Wii. Like the Resident Evil 4 that is coming to the Wii with a port using the controller of the Wii. Also why you want a low graphics RE 5 ported to the Wii? Its 100% it would not be the same game ported.
The other RE game for the Wii will be only a shooter game.

A later port to 360 might have been the predictions of most, not the other way around! [360 having it slightly first than PS3]

Maybe you are calling Ubisoft liars because of high-profile game "Assassins Creed", the one that won all those awards of best game and exclusive on PS3 before the console launched..

if i don't recall, i do remember GTAII on the Dreamcast ;). Again with all this 360 having it first and all, it's all $$$ and that is the only reason but good thing Sony stopped them from making GTAIV exclusive to 360 :D. We all need to share. Microsoft should just stick to making their own games and form unique devs rather then grabbing developers from other companies and publishing their stuff in order to have it on 360 only. For example a game like Alan Wake is only exclusive to 360 b/c Microsoft snabbed Remedy from Rockstar to make that game for their console only (it's also for PC...but you know the drill on that). Sony have their own dev teams on the otherhand which is why a game like Killzone, Socom, God Of War, Shadow Of the Colossus, Ico is obviously only for Playstation. But then again i also do remember Sony publishing FFVII for the PS1 which is why i think 360 is screwed if Square by any chance remake FFVII.

Microsoft has their own devs as well, and since it takes time to get a game out you can't rely on an inhouse dev to make a console successful. Maybe in the 8-16bit era is was possible to control the playing field with an inhouse dev but its not possible now.
Why not look at all the games that were on Nintendo systems that suddenly were on the PSone since Sony was able to offer them more than Nintendo was willing to. It's business get over it. Companies know that a great exclusive could boost sales of consoles and try to secure as many as possible so they can make a profit off the investment they made in the console market.
If every game came out on every console there wouldn't be a need for Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo. They can come together like Voltron and make one super system that will play God of War, Super Mario and Halo and then everyone could hold hands and sing kumbya.
Competition is good for the market because it forces everyone to make a better product and try and offer it at a better price. Sony got carried away and figured the name was strong enough that they can throw anything they wanted into a console and not have games and still sell them by the boat load. They haven't had the sales they were expecting but its only 6 months in so give it time. But BD sales will not win a console war, games will and if they keep losing exclusives the system looks a little less attractive since people who only care about the games and not what media its played on can save a couple hundred bucks and still play those great games that were slated to be exclusives for the PS3.

3'rd: My guess is you never read anything but the highlights of an article huh? All those threads about MGS4 coming to the 360, is coming from this one main interview where Kojima says the jist of "We planned to put MGS3 on the Xbox, but we never got around to it before starting on MGS4. I guess we could put it on the 360, we'll have to wait and see". And before you go and say something biased like "That's no form of proof", remember you can read and re-read my first post and saying that he MENTIONED it could go to the 360. But, just as you say with your "Keep on Dreaming 360 fanboys", the same could go by me saying "Keep on hoping the PS3 you bought has at least 1 game that doesn't go multiplatform". But, that'd just be me trying to be immature and showing my pathetic nature for serving one company rather then just enjoying games.

if i don't recall, i do remember GTAII on the Dreamcast ;). GTA, GTA:London and GTAII were 2D games long published for PC and then ported to consoles. The grand revolution came with GTA3 (aka GTA3D) because it created a 3D world and greater story line with cutscenes.
GTA3 was part of Sony killer app strategy in the early days of PS2 life, which consisted of "Devil May Cry", "Final Fantasy X" and "GTA3".
These were the 3rd party exclusives that gave the first edge to PS2 over XBOX, and remained unrivaled through out the entire XBOX lifespan.
Some may also point GT3 has a determining factor, but GT isn't a 3rd party game.
Business wise I would love to come here and say how great PS3 is doing and how PSP is the most powerful handheld.. Webmasters know what I am talking about.

considering i owned most og the GTA's on the original xbox and II on the DC ide doubt your claimms of it being what made the ps2 standout against the xbox rather exagerated. ide under stand FF and DMC though. but what made the Ps2 rival the xbox was a year lead, having gained all of the dreamcast 3rd party support near instant, and its mega huge insane library of imports. so huge that there was a game to keep everyone busy. and well the ps3 just wishes it was the ps2 right about now

considering i owned most og the GTA's on the original xbox and II on the DC ide doubt your claimms of it being what made the ps2 standout against the xbox rather exagerated.GTA did come to XBOX, but it was on a later stage [with the Double Pack bundle].. While PS2 owners were playing ViceCity right after LibertyCity in 3D glory, the only thing available for XBOX was homebrew emulation of the 2D GTA. I know people won't ever dare to mention "True Crime" as the closest thing to GTA at the time. It has passed years without an official GTA title on XBOX, and when it arrived it was always latter than PS2..
I didn't claim GTA3 made the PS2.. I said GTA3 in conjunction with the other two gave a leap forward to PS2.
Everything you said was true and accurate, from the "one year to late" to the huge library.. In fact PS3 is in many ways mimicking the original XBOX, while the 360 is trying to go the PS2 route (games wise).. But that would be another topic ;)

1st: Who in the world is Itagaki to make such oblivious choice on what console it should release on. First of all of course he is the head chief of Team Ninja but he in no way has no involvement in directing and producing the game. Also he didn't say for the 360 ONLY :D If anything the "director" of NG wants the NG franchise be multi platform, but as for now if Sigma makes those amount of sells expected, then...sorry 360 jerkoffs but NG2 will most likely make its way onto the PS3.
2nd: "The answer is Dead Rising and Lost Planet: Extreme Condition are not slated to appear on Wii or PS3 as far as current plans go. The reasons for this are quite convoluted and I'm bound by NDAs on these matters so I can't divulge why this is the situation." (http://www.gamespot.com/news/6168110.html)

1. Itagaki is the head of Team Ninja numbnuts, he has the right to do whatever he wants with his company. If he didn't want Ninja Gaiden Sigma to go to the PS3, he could easily say no. Seeing as Itagaki has always been "For the X" as he says, it will undoubtedly be for the 360 Exclusively, that's not just hoping like you, but it is most likely to happen. But, like I said, if you think you can say "Microshaft will never get MGS4! muhahaha", then realize that it could go the same way with NG2, your opinion means absolutely nothing to game devs. This comment goes towards the last line comment BTW.
2. lmao, did you look those words up just to use them in this topic? Those are some mighty big words for something so trivial, but I think someone said it best when it comes to your posts...you work for sony?
