Freeloader Backup problem

I recently got my hand on a backup of the gamecube freeloader. As a rar file, it was only approx. 500kb and the iso was 30mb. I burnt this iso to CD and it basically doesn't work on my modded wii. Is this file corrupted? Is it "Scrambeled"? All help given appreciated very much. Thanks.

If you have a PAL-Wii your Modchip has to support region free in order to let older Freeloader run.
You could also try to fstfix the iso.
