Burning Problem

I can't burn with my datalifeplus Verbatim x8 DVD-r's. I don't even think my drives see it. So what's the problem??

Depending on what you are trying to say:

My burner will not burn these DVD's, try going to manufacturer's website and updating firmware on drive, or look into dangerous brothers for firmware update. Possibility bad batch to DVD's as well. These DVD's are name brand unless you ended up with knock-offs all DVD drievs should/will detect them. Possibility if you cannot burn other type DVD's you drive is dead or dying.

Or my Wii won't see them: make sure burning disc image and not just .iso file to dvd and also make sure modchip installed properly and working.

I have a HL-DTSTDVD-Rom GDR8164B0L06 for wii back ups and a Samsung CDRW/DVD SM-352FT902

Ok I broght DataLifePlus DVD-r's from newegg.com. I have a successful iso using rawdamp 2.0 and that is 4699979776 bytes and now i am tring to burn with imgburn but now my lg drive dosent show up there in drop down menu so i try to use my SM-352FT902 CDRW/DVD but when I put in disc it just revs up then stops and this continues. Then I tried w/ my new 8164bk Gdr drive and it didn't read it. So are they bad dvd-r's or do I need another drive to reconize the dvd-r's.
