Rawdump 2.0 Error

Hey guys, having a problem with raw dump i have the right lg drive and installed it but for some reason when i go into rawdump the dropdown list for the drives is blank and when i click dump it comes up with a erroe msg "Error!! You might have a faulty drive"

Does windows detect drive properly( device manager )?

have you tried older version of rawdump to see if drive detected.

Are you positive your model # is correct for rawdump some differences in # can make incompatible.

Maybe update firmware on DVD drive.

Yeah it is reckonising the drive fine and i just tried a old version of rawdump and worked fine, and the model no. is right. i might try the firmware though i'll give it a shot.
