how do i burn the iso image into a dvd so i can play it on my ps2

hi all, my frienz had passed me a back up iso of his KOF2006 for the ps2, i use dvddecrypter to write it to a dvd, but when i put it into my ps2, it keep saying insert a Playstation or Playstation2 disc. thinking that the dvddecrypter is not working, i tried nero and burn the iso image into a dvd as well but it cant work either. both burning process is done at 1x speed. did i do anything wrong or did i miss out something? help plz ty
