I've flashed my Qoob with the v1.1 bios and have been fooling around with the new network access thats been added. Has anyone had any luck accessing their cube using only the network and their Qoob? I can't connect to the Qoob with IE at 192.168.1.32 (or any other standard web browser).
Anyone have an idea of how we are supposed to access this new network feature?

i know you have to hold B on startup to boot to the "boot menu" and to rip a game, insert the game and on the web browser type 192.168.1.32/DVD. i hope that helps.

thats normal if you dont have any applications flashed to your chip but from that screen you can access the dvd ripper from your web browser with 192.168.1.32/DVD.

when i press the b button, the boot menu comes. But i can only change to Bios1.0 and not to the ripper - why? (i have 1.0 on my chip, so no wonder that @ boot menu its shown, @ normal bios i have 1.1)
Just leave it at that screen, you don't need to select any ripper program.
Just leave it at the boot menu screen and then goto the above url in your browser.

Got it to work also. Thanks rezn8o2.
One more question to everyone. I can only seem to get the Qoob server to work when I direct connect the Cube to my internet hub. When I connect it to my wireless adapter, it acts like its not online. The adapter works with the cube (PSO) and with my Xbox so I know thats not the problem.
Anyone using the Qoob backup option with a wireless adapter?

I think that is because its set to a static IP. Your wireless router is probly 192.168.0.1 and the Qoob is set to 192.168.1.32... try changing your routers ip to 192.168.1.1.

I tried that and it wasn't a go. I have my xbox set to the static IP of 192.168.1.32 and that works great by for some reason the cube doesn't talk to the wireless adapter. Its weird because it seems like should work. Oh well, I guess I can just stick with the wire until the fine Qoob chip people release a network configurable bios ;).
