HELP - Ive had games for months now gone???? confused

Hey all...

If anyone can help, or if theyve had the same problem Id be greatful.

So ive had a hard drive in my ps2 forever.. and ive i was playing tekken 5.. which ive had on for a while now.. and i restarted my ps2 and it says my harddrive is empyt now?!?! Im confused :confused:

I havent done anything to my ps2 rescently, not even install a game for at least 3-4 weeks. I dont know why it did this.

So i popped my hdd into my computer and its saying the same thing. Im using hdl_dump and/or hd handiness. It weird though cuz its not saying its corrupt or not partitioned or anything... its just saying theres no games, it is saying all the hdadvance files/setting are the which I find weird. Iv attached a screen of what hdl_dump is saying on my hdd.

Anyways thanks for any help/ideas/comments :) :) :)

hi again....

Ive tried installing other games on my "empty" hdd.. expecting it not to work.... but it did work?!? Ive installed a couple games and have even played them.

So Ive lost all my games but can still install new games?? WEIRD..

has anyone even heard of this before

Same thing happened to me year or so back...turned out my brother was trying to play a game and formated the drive, pain in the ass...could anyone have been at it ?
